Monkee Do is actively searching for a charity/foundation that focuses on fighting the growing obesity epidemic.
In 2008, Monkee Do hopes to donate a portion of our proceeds from sales of
monkey shirts, monkey sweatshirts, and monkey hats to a charity that promotes exercise for children.
Monkee Do teamed up with a Disney cartoonist and developed Pete, our
cartoon monkey and Monkee Do'er.
Monkee Do is about getting children to not just "see", but to "do". Florida Governor Charlie Christ recently applauded passage of the
Physical Education Bill.
This bill provides for
150 minutes of physical education each week for all public elementary school students grades K-5.
